My Little Places Holiday Home Rentals Last updated: August 2026 Who we are My Little Places ("we", "us", "our") operates a small portfolio of self-catering holiday homes across Northern Ireland, Brazil and UAE, bookable directly through this website or via Airbnb, Booking.com and other listing platforms. What information we collect When you make a booking or enquiry, we collect: - **Booking details**: name, email address, phone number, home address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests - **Payment information**: processed securely by **Stripe** — we do not see or store your full card details (see "Payment processing" below) - **Communications**: messages you send us before, during or after your stay - **Stay-related information**: check-in/check-out times, any access codes issued, and — only where relevant to resolving an issue — details of damage, complaints, or incidents during a stay We do not knowingly collect any special category data (health information, etc.) and ask that you not share this with us unless directly relevant to your stay (for example, an accessibility requirement). How we use your information We use your information to: - Process and manage your booking, including taking payment and any security deposit - Communicate with you about your stay (confirmations, check-in instructions, support) - Meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax records) - Improve our properties and guest experience - Comply with requests from authorities where legally required Our lawful basis for processing this information are: performance of a contract (to fulfil your booking), legal obligation (accounting/tax), and legitimate interests (running our business, preventing fraud, improving our service). Who we share your information with We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our booking process. We share only what each provider needs to do its job: - iGMS — our property management and booking software. iGMS stores your booking details, handles messaging, and manages our booking calendar across all channels (direct, Airbnb, Booking.com). - Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all card payments and security deposits directly; we never receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to how they process your payment data: https://stripe.com/privacy - Airbnb / Booking.com — if you book through one of these platforms rather than directly, their own privacy policies also apply to that booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. How long we keep your information We keep booking and guest information for as long as needed to fulfil your stay, meet our accounting and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
