Our Website Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026 These terms govern your use of this website (mylittleplaces.rentals). They're separate from the terms that apply once you make a booking — those are set out in our **Rental Agreement**, which takes effect when a booking is confirmed. If you're looking for cancellation policy, house rules, or check-in details, you'll find those there instead. 1. Who operates this website This website is operated by Little Places Places Holiday Homes Rental who can be contacted by email on: stay@mylittleplaces.rentals By using this website, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. 2. Use of this website You may use this website to browse our properties, check availability, and make booking enquiries or requests. You agree not to: - Use the site for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation - Scrape, copy, or republish our content (including property descriptions and photos) without permission - Submit false or misleading information when making a booking enquiry 3. Accuracy of information We aim to keep property descriptions, photos, availability, and pricing accurate and up to date. However: - Prices and availability shown on this site are generated dynamically and, occasionally, may not reflect real-time changes made elsewhere (for example, a booking made moments earlier through an alternate site such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc. - We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. - Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until a booking has been confirmed by us in writing. 4. Making a booking through this website Submitting a booking request through this website is the first step toward a reservation — it is not itself a confirmed booking. Once we confirm your reservation and payment is processed, a separate contract comes into effect: our **Rental Agreement**, which sets out the terms of your stay (including payment, cancellation, security deposit, house rules, and liability). You'll be shown this agreement, or a link to it, as part of the booking process. 5. Third-party services used on this site This website uses the following third-party services to operate: - iGMS — powers our booking engine, availability calendar, and pricing display. - Stripe — processes payments securely when you complete a booking. We never see or store your full card details. Your use of these embedded services, in addition to being covered by our Privacy Policy, is also subject to those providers' own terms: - iGMS: https://www.igms.com - Stripe: https://stripe.com/legal 6. Links to other websites This site contains links to third-party websites we don't operate — for example, Visit Belfast, Discover Northern Ireland, and Translink, included on our Belfast attractions page for guests' convenience. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any external site, and including a link doesn't imply our endorsement of it. 7. Intellectual property All content on this website — including text, photographs, and the My Little Places name and branding — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent. 8. Availability of this website We aim to keep this website available and functioning correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons outside our control. We're not liable for any loss arising from the website being temporarily unavailable. 9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). This limitation applies to your use of the *website*. Liability relating to your actual stay is addressed separately in our Rental Agreement. 10. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. 11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland / the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland. 12.
