Modernised 100-year old red brick terrace house on a quiet, residential street in the Lisburn Road area. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and a park within a 5 minute stroll. The city centre is 5-15 minutes by train or bus - one stop of the train, which I recommend. Two double bedrooms to choose from - one spacious, the second is ‘compact’ - they both hold kind size beds. I live here part time. It is my little place in the city. Make yourself at home and enjoy.

This is a residential area so please be considerate of our neighbours - this means no parties, loud music / noise or congregating outside the front of the house, particularly at night time during the quiet hours listed. The house is advertised and arranged for a maximum of 4 guests. No extra guests should stay the night without prior approval. When checking out, please close windows and set the thermostat to 14. Let me know of any problems or damage you encounter during your stay so I can get it addressed. Have a good onward trip.
